连云港职业技术学院 毕 业 设 计 题 目:基于UG连杆的数控加工工艺分析及编程 系 别: 机电工程学院 专 业: 数控技术 姓 名: 学 号: 指导教师: 日 期: 2012 年 5 月 日 基于UG连杆的数控加工工艺分析及编程 摘要 数控机床在制造业已得到越来越普遍的运用,但据有关方面资料统计,国外数控机床的两班制开动率达60%~70%,而国内的数控机床开动率仅为20%~30%,说明国内数控机床的运用效率不高无需置疑。数控编程分为手工编程和软件编程,国外统计,手工编制一个零件的编制时间与机床实际加工时间之比约为30:1,数控机床不能开动的原因中有20%~30%是由于加工程序一时编制不出而耽搁的。随着数控加工技术的不断发展,各种辅助加工编程软件运用而生,各种CAD/CAM软件的诞生与运用,为提高数控编程效率与解决复杂几何形状的数控程序编制提供了保证。目前,在制造业运用较普遍的CAD/CAM软件较多,常见的有UG、ProE/与Mastercam等。 UG link-based analysis and programming of CNC machining process Abstract CNC machine tools in the manufacturing sector has been increasingly common use of CNC machine tools abroad two shifts starting rate of 60 percent to 70 percent, but according to the parties concerned to statistics, domestic CNC machine tools start was only 20% to 30% use efficiency is not high, indicating that a domestic CNC machine tools, without doubt.
