水泥回转窑分解炉温度的模糊控制
摘 要
温度控制在我国电子、冶金、机械等工业领域应用非常广泛。它对控制调节器要求极高,回转窑是冶金、水泥、耐火材料生产中的关键设备。温度是回转窑工艺过程控制中的重要参数之一,自上世纪60年代起人们便开始注意它的控制问题,并进行了大量研究工作。提高回转窑的温度精度对于改善焙烧质量、节约能源、降低生产成本都有重要意义。我国大力发展的新型干法窑外分解水泥生产技术就是在预热器和回转窑之间增设分解炉。分解炉是预分解系统的核心部分,它承担了预分解窑中煤粉燃烧、气固换热和碳酸盐分解任务,使入窑生料的分解率达到90%以上,从而大大提高了回转窑单位有效容积的产量。分解炉的温度控制对整个预分解系统的热工分布和热工温度的稳定至关重要。ABSTRACT
Temperature control is widely used in electron, metallurgy and machine industry in our country. It needs higher quality temperature controller. Rotary kiln is the key equipment in the production of metallurgy, cement and material of fire-fast, people began to pay attention to the problem of rotary kiln control in 1960s, a lot of research works have been done. It is significant for ameliorating production quality, saving energy, reducing operating cost to improve control precision of rotary kiln.Development of production technology of new type dry-process cement kiln decomposition is in the preheater and the addition between the rotary kiln calciner.Is the core part of precalcining system decomposition furnace,it took on precalcing kiln pulverized coal combustion,gas-solid heat transfer in carbonate decomposition tasks so that raw material into kiln decomposition rate of 90% or more,which greatly increased yield per unit of volume of rotary kiln.Precalciner temperature control for the entire system of distribution of thermal and thermal decomposition temperature stability is also important.
Based on analyzing the rotary kiln calciner s technology and control request, in order to solve the problems of temperature control system big overshoot and long time of regulation etc. Fuzzy control is proposed to improve the temperature control precision on rotary kiln calciner . Fuzzy controller regulates the proportional, integral and differential coefficient by fuzzy control theory to establish tables of parameters fuzzy rules and control lists.
