某汽车4S店薪酬管理体系研究.docx

摘要企业的竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争。薪酬问题是人力资源管理的核心问题之一,薪酬激励是企业激励机制中重要的手段,是目前企业普遍采用的一种激励手段。薪酬是双面性的,运动得当能极大地提高和调动员工工作的积极性和创造性,进而影响员工的工作行为和绩效。反之,则会导致员工士气低落,人心不稳,效率下降。本文以某汽车4S店为背景,通过分析4S店薪酬管理的发展现状,找出该4S店薪酬管理中存在的问题,分析这些问题的原因,最后通过企业领导的帮助,对企业相关岗位工资状况及数据分析,建立科学合理的薪酬制度,完善企业薪酬管理。关键词:薪酬体系、绩效管理、岗位工资ABSTRACTCompetitiveness of enterprises is ultimately a competition of talents. Salary problemis that the core issues of human resource management is one of incentive pay is an importantincentive mechanism means is a widely used business incentives.
