电子商务在餐饮业中的应用研究
摘 要
伴随20世纪90年代末期电子商务在中国的崛起,网络营销应运而生,并逐渐漫延到各行各业。餐饮业历来以技术含量低,劳动力密集而著称。如何将传统的餐饮业与当今的信息技术结合,使网络营销在餐饮业开花结果,正是本论文的目的。
本文着重阐述了如何在餐饮业中运用电子商务,通过电子商务技术的应用,降低运营成本,提高服务效率,优化餐厅环境,建立行业联盟,从而提高中国餐饮业的竞争力。首先,文章介绍了中国餐饮业的现状以及分析了传统餐饮企业所面临的问题;其次,文章认识到电子商务给国内餐饮业带来机遇,并提出了通过移动电子商务技术发展餐饮业;最后文章认为电子商务给餐饮业带来了的是一场革命,餐饮企业应该抓住机遇,迎接挑战。

Abstract
With the emergence of e.commerce in China in late 90’s of 20th century,the e-marketing came into being,and has become prevalence in industries.It is well known that the catering industry is labor-intemNe and with less technology applied.The objective ofthis paper is to discuss how to apply the esting information technology in the traditional catering industry,so as to make e-marketing work iIl the catering industry.
This paper illustrates how E-commerce and M-commerce are applied in the catering trade to enhance the service efficiency, to optimize the dining hall environment and to establish the trade alliance so as to enhance the international competitiveness in the catering industry. First, the article introduces the present situations of Chinese catering trade and some problems that traditional catering enterprises face; Second, the paper realizes that E-commerce will bring the opportunity to Chinese catering trade which can be developed by networks techniques and M-commerce techniques; Finally, the paper presents that E-commerce is a revolution for Chinese catering enterprises which should seize opportunities and meet challenges.
