PAGE 16 中小企业筹资创新探析 ——以科技型中小企业为例 摘 要 在全球经济快速发展的今天，我国也随着金融市场发展的大方向前进着。中小企业是推动我国经济发展的重要组成部分之一。与大企业相比，我国中小企业资金短缺、筹资难现象时时发生，企业的可持续发展令人担忧。在当今的经济环境条件下，帮助中小企业解决筹资难问题是大势所在，所以在分析中小企业筹资现状的基础上，以科技型中小企业为例，分析科技型中小企业当前的筹资现状，并从企业的内部因素和外部因素两个角度出发，分析中小企业筹资难原因，进而探析我国科技型中小企业方式的创新并给出建议。 关键词：科技型中小企业；筹资困难；筹资方式； On the financing innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises——Take small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises as an example Abstract Today, with the rapid development of the world economy, China has also made progress with the generous development of the financial market.Small and medium-sized enterprises are important components in promoting Chinas economic development. Compared with large enterprises, the phenomenon of shortage of funds and difficulty in raising funds for small and medium-sized enterprises in our country occurs from time to time, and the sustainable development of enterprises is worrying. In todays economic environment, it is the general trend to help small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the problem of financing difficulties. Therefore, based on the analysis of the current financing situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, taking small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology as an example, this paper analyzes the current financing situation of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology, analyzes the causes of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspectives of internal and external factors of enterprises, and further explore the mode innovation of Chinas science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, and put forward suggestions.
