国际政治中的女性恐怖主义 ——基于社会性别视角的分析 FEMALE TERRORISM IN INTERNATIONAL POLITICS ---BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF GENDER 学 校 ： 上 海 交 通 大 学 学 院 ： 国 际 与 公 共 事 务 学 院 专 业 ： 国 际 关 系 作 者 ： 陈 莹 导 师 ： 李 明 明 学 号 ： 1111309012 答 辩 日 期 ： 2014 年 2 月 24 日 国际政治中的女性恐怖主义——基于社会性别视角的分析 摘 要 9-11 事件以来，恐怖主义事件急剧增加，危及世界的和平与发展。传 统意义上来讲，女性一般被认为是爱好和平的温和形象，但是近年来由女 性制造实施的恐怖主义事件频繁发生，女性恐怖主义现象逐渐进入公众视 野并引发强烈关注。目前针对恐怖主义的学术研究较多，但是着重从组织 成员的性别进行分析的研究相对较少，现有理论已不能充分解释女性恐怖 主义现象。 传统的国际关系理论中存在着根深蒂固的“男性中心论”，女性主义国 际关系理论呼吁将女性经验纳入国际政治分析。“社会性别”作为核心概念 贯穿于女性主义国际关系理论各流派，主要观点是社会建构了两性不同的 性别特征与不平等地位，并且成为一种权力等级关系。社会性别视角与国 际关系存在共通点，可以作为一种隐喻和象征用于解释国际政治问题。 本文以女性主义国际关系理论中的社会性别为分析视角,从行动者、结 构、意识形态三个层面分析解释车臣“黑寡妇”与巴勒斯坦“玫瑰军”这 两个女性恐怖主义典型案例。论文得出结论：社会性别在女性恐怖主义事 件中扮演重要角色，女性被社会建构为相对于男性的弱势一方、被作为一 种工具用于实施恐怖主义活动。 关键词：国际政治，女性主义，女性恐怖主义，社会性别视角 i FEMALE TERRORISM IN INTERNATIONAL POLITICS ---BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF GENDER ABSTRACT Since the September-11 attacks, terrorism has become a hot issue in international politics and is endangering the peace and development of the whole world. Women are traditionally thought to be gentle and loving peace. But in recent years, the rate of female involvement in terrorist activity increased greatly and female terrorism has attracted scholars’ attention. The studies on the theory and practice of terrorism are of great quantity but those centered on female terrorism are still not sufficient enough. The previous theories of terrorism cannot fully explain the female terrorism. There is a deep-rooted logic of male-centered in the traditional international relations(IR) theories. The feminist scholars call that the female experience should be added into the international relations analysis. Gender is the core concept of feminism IR theory and exists in various feminism schools. The main points of gender include: the different characters and inequalities between males and females are all the results of social construction; gender can become a kind of power system.
