内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业论文 题目:27SiMn钢动态再结晶行 的研究及其模型的建立 摘 要 27SiMn 钢是根据我国具体国情研制出的一种低碳低合金钢,强韧性好,与镍铬钢相比焊接性好但价格更低,因此被广泛地应用于制造单体液压支柱的缸体及活柱筒等重要零件。 本文以包钢生产的27SiMn液压支架管为研究对象,针对液压支架管生产过程中存在的实际问题,利用Gleebl热模拟实验机模拟其轧制过程,得到真应力-真应变曲线从变形工艺参数对显微组织演变规律以及建立动态再结晶模型,为提高产品质量和降低成本提供了十分重要的理论依据。 利用热模拟机进行单道次热压缩试验得到不同温度和变形速率下的真应力-真应变曲线,利用rigin软件实验数据,分析不同变形条件下27SiMn钢高温变形过程中的应力-应变曲线。以热压缩实验结果的宏观数据位基础,建立27SiMn钢在高温热变形过程中的动态再结晶模型,为生产工艺的优化提供理论依据,为27SiMn钢的实际生产具有重要意义。 关键词:27SiMn钢;动态再结晶;数学模型;显微组织 Abstract 27SiMn steel was developed in accordance with Chinas specific national conditions of a low-carbon low-alloy steel, good toughness, good weldability but lower price compared with the nickel-chromium steel, which is widely used in the manufacture of hydraulic prop cylinder and important parts plunger tube and so on. In this paper, Baotou Steel production 27SiMn hydraulic support for the study, hydraulic support for the practical problems that exist in the production process, using Gleeble thermal simulator to simulate the rolling process to obtain true stress - true strain curve from the deformation process parameters on microstructure evolution and the creation of dynamic recrystallization model, to improve product quality and reduce the cost of providing a very important theoretical basis. By thermal simulator single pass compression tests at different temperatures to obtain true stress and deformation rate under - true strain curve using Origin software after the processing of the experimental data, analysis 27SiMn steel under different deformation conditions of high temperature stress during deformation - strain curve.
