毕业论文 （20_ _届） 我国上市公司资本结构现状及优化研究 摘 要 随着我国上市公司日益成为我国经济不可缺少的一个重要组成部分，上市公司数量的不断增加以及在国民经济中的影响力扩大，对上市公司资本结构状况的研究是非常有研究价值的。而纺织业又是中国的一个传统产业，在国民经济中具有举足轻重的地位。近几年以来，纺织行业经济增长较快，并呈现良好的发展态势。因此对其研究不仅有利于企业自身价值最大化，而且对整个国民经济的可持速发展问题的研究与探索也可以进一步得到深化。本文以优化我国纺织业上市公司资本结构为出发点，结合财务数据，对其有关资本结构相关指标进行分析，剖析出我国上市公司资本结构现状的原因，从而了解我国上市公司融资偏好的症结所在，从宏观和微观两个方面为我国上市公司资本结构调整提供建议，进而提出优化我国纺织业上市公司资本结构途径。 关键词：Abstract With Chinas listed companies in China has increasingly become an important economic indispensable part of the listed company, and the growing number of influential in national economy expands, capital structure of listed companies, and the research situation of Chinas textile industry is a traditional industries, in the national economy plays an important role. In recent years, the textile industry since the rapid economic growth, and presented good development momentum. Therefore its research is beneficial to the enterprise value maximization, but also to the entire national economy national economy can hold fast development problems of the research and exploration may also further get deepened. This paper in order to optimize capital structure of listed companies in China for textile industry, combined with financial data, the starting point of its related capital structure related indicators analyzed the listed companies in China, analyzes the present situation of the capital structure optimizing Chinese reasons, proposed the capital structure of listed companies in textiles approach. Through the analysis of the structure of listed companies in China financing the status quo, characteristics and capital structure and the factors affecting the capital structure of listed companies in China, understand the crux of the financing preference, from the macro and micro aspects for listed companies in the capital structure adjustment for advice.
