论企业财务风险预警体系 中山大学 丁墨村 摘要：对于一个企业而言，财务方面的工作是十分重要的，在正常的收支记账下永远无法避免的就是财务风险的存在，就此而言，做好企业的财务风险预警工作是十分重要的。财务风险的存在因素有很多种，比如讲企业规模的大小，资金数量的情况，员工的整体业务水平及素质等等，都将成为对企业发展存有制约性大小的重要因素。因而，企业如何才能在现今高速发展的社会进程中立于不败之地，做好防范风险措施和建立起来一套有用实效的财务风险预警体系便成为重中之重。本文对此体系进行了简单研究。先是对财务风险、财务预警以及财务危机做出相关介绍及比对分析，然后对具体企业进行分析及模型的构设。这项工作对于企业未来的发展有着实际的意义和价值。 关键词：财务风险，财务危机，Enterprise financial risk early warning system research Abstract: For an enterprise, the financial aspects of the work is very important, always in the normal income account is unable to avoid the existence of the financial risk, for that matter, to do a good job of enterprise financial risk early warning is very important. Key words: Financial risk，The financial crisis，Early warning system 0.引言 经济全球化是现今21世纪这个大时代的主体，大量的中小企业势如雨后春笋般破竹而来，活跃了市场经济的同时也加剧了市场竞争的激烈。我国的市场经济体制并不是十分完善，存在着诸多问题，因而大多数企业的存活周期十分短暂。在企业的经营过程中，财务风险是发展过程中永远避免不了的一个问题，内部危险与外部风险是并存的，在这相互夹击的情况下企业的生存变得格外艰难。对于一个企业来说，必须做到处处小心，遍地留心，正所谓：一着不慎，满盘皆输。无论现在如何的风光，都有可能在一夜之间从山顶跌到谷底，损失惨重乃至破产偿债。为了使企业能够持续发展并稳定健全，企业必须要通过有效的预防措施来防范财务风险，做到有实际价值的“财务风险管理工作”，同时提升企业抗险能力。企业面临的挑战十分艰难，如何在这种市场经济之下生存则成了企业的一个重要的问题。长期以来，如何建立
