免耕施肥播种机的设计

摘要

我国是一个传统的农业大国，并且开始逐步向农业强国发展，这就对我们的农业机械和耕作技术提出了更高的要求，不仅要求高产，高效，而且对耕地和环境要尽可能的保护，这也符合可持续发展的要求。播种机是农业机械中最常见，最实用的农机具之一，它也是我国农业机械发展的一个缩影，而传统的播种机以不在能满足人们的要求，开始向着联合作业的免耕施肥播种机方向发展。

免耕施肥播种机是将传统的旋耕机、播种机等单独工作的农机结合在一起联合作业，可一次完成整地、播种、起垄、施肥、覆土和镇压等多个工作过程，其对减轻劳动强度、抢农时、减少作业次数、保土保墒有重要作用，可广泛适用于小麦、玉米、花生、大豆等农作物作业。但是，由于复合作业，所以对配套的拖拉机动力性能提出了更好的要求，已适应这种改变。同时，机组本身的动力传递也会变得复杂。免耕不是不耕，而是尽量少耕，所以旋耕部分与传统的旋耕机相比，将有很大的改进，当以高速破茬为主要目的。所以，动力传递和旋耕部分将是免耕施肥播种机中重要的两个部分，它们对整机的效果有很大影响。

Thisisthemainintermediategearboxdesignofwheattillageseeder,realizethereversingandtransmissionfunction,thepoweroutputofthetractoristransferredtothekniferollershaftofarotarycultivator.
