三种茶藨子属植物腺毛类型及形态发育的研究
摘要
本文通过利用常规石蜡切片技术和光学及扫描电子显微镜观察的方法,对三种茶藨子属植物叶片的腺毛进行了发育过程及类型的研究。结果表明,臭茶藨子及黑果茶藨子的腺毛类型多以盾状腺毛为主,英吉利茶藨子的腺毛类型多以头状腺毛为主;该两种腺毛前期发生发育情况大致相同,均由表皮特化形成腺毛原始细胞,该细胞进行分裂分化形成基细胞、柄细胞及顶细胞,顶细胞分裂分化成为组成头部分泌细胞,盾状细胞由于头部细胞横向分裂,使头部呈扁平的盾状,随着进一步发育,头部分泌细胞外侧角质层与细胞壁分离,形成角质层下间隙,而头状腺毛则不发生上述变化,仅形成近似圆形的头部;由于腺毛分布在不同亚属中其形态结构特征是相对稳定的,并且不同亚属之间的腺毛在个体发生、结构组成、分布部位等方面存在明显差异,因此可以茶藨子属属下分类的重要依据。

Study on Glandular Hair Types and Morphology of Three Species of Ribes Abstract
In this paper, the development process and type of glandular hair of leaves of three species were studied by means of conventional paraffin section technique and optical and scanning electron microscopy. And their morphological development are studied. The results showed that the glandular hairs of Ribes graveolens Bge. and Ribes nigrum Linn. are mostly glandular glands, and the glandular hairs of R.palczewskii(Jancz.) Pajark. are mainly glandular hairs. The two kinds of glandular hairs development of roughly the same, by the epidermal specialization of the formation of glandular primordial cells, the cells split into the formation of basal cells, stem cells and apical cells, the top cell division into the composition of the first part of the secretion of cells, the shield cells due to the head cells Split, so that the head was flat shield shape, with the further development of the head of the secretion of extracellular stratum corneum and cell wall separation, the formation of the stratum corneum gap, and the head gland does not occur the above changes, only the formation of nearly rounding the distribution of glandular hairs in different subgenus is relatively stable, and there is a significant difference in the occurrence, structure and distribution of glandular hair between different subgenus, so it can be used as a division that the basis of the characteristics
