第一章：项目背景与目标

1.1项目背景

我国经济社会的快速发展，农业作为国民经济的基础产业，其转型升级显得尤为重要。我国农业发展取得了显著成果，但同时也面临着资源约束、环境污染等问题。为了实现农业可持续发展，我国提出了发展绿色农业的战略目标。绿色农业智能化种植技术作为一种新兴的农业生产方式，具有高效、环保、智能等特点，有助于提高农业产值，减少资源浪费，降低环境污染。

绿色农业智能化种植技术是将物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等现代信息技术与农业生产相结合，通过对种植环境的实时监测、智能决策和自动化控制，实现农业生产的高效、绿色、可持续发展。我国在绿色农业智能化种植技术领域取得了一定的研究成果，但推广应用尚不广泛，存在一定的技术瓶颈和产业短板。

第二节项目目标

本项目的主要目标如下：
