摘 要
废水处理厂设计规模2000m3/d,设计水质:BOD5=1200mg/L、CODcr=2000mg/L、pH=6~9、动植物油=100mg/L、SS=800mg/L、NH3-N=100mg/L。经处理后,出水具体水质指标应达到以下标准:BOD5≤10mg/L,CODcr≤50mg/L,动植物油≤1.0mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,NH3-N≤5mg/L。
本工程方案设计依据有关屠宰与肉类加工废水治理工程技术规范的要求和使出水达到《生活杂用水水质标准》(CJ25.1-98)。从分析国内外肉食品加工废水的处理工艺方法入手,针对屠宰废水有高有机物浓度、高氨氮浓度、高悬浮物浓度,高含油量的特点,和为满足中水回用的要求,采用隔油沉淀池—水解酸化—生物接触氧化—深度处理工艺处理屠宰场厂肉食品加工废水。

ABSTRACT
The designing scale of waste water treatment plant is 2000 m3/d,the designing quality are:BOD5=1200mg/L,CODcr=2000mg/L,pH=6~9prepareddegras=100mg/L,SS=800mg/LNH3-N=70mg/L,After disposing of it,the concrete indexesof effluent water quality should attain the following standards:BOD5≤10mg/L,CODcr≤50mg/L, prepareddegras≤1.0mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,TN≤5mg/L.
The design of this project is in accordance with requirements of the slaughtering and meat-packing wastewater treatment engineering technical specifications and the eff-luent quality attain the non-potable water quality standards(CJ25.1-98)From the an-alysis of the domestic and foreign meat processing waste water treatment technology
of the method.According to slaughter wastewater treatment have the the characteristicwith a high concentration of organic matter,high ammonia nitrogen concentration,hi-gh concentration of suspended substances,high oil content.And to meet the requirements of water reuse.It uses grease traps—hydrolysis acidification—biolo gical contact oxidation process —deep treatmentto deal with the meat processing wastewater from
slaughtering factory.
