对我国中小企业B2B电子商务发展问题的研究
摘 要
电子商务是21世纪贸易活动的基本经济形态,如何在新经济下提高中国企业的全球竞争力已成为政府、企业和媒体关注的焦点。电子商务其实是一种商务活动的新形式,它通过采用现代信息技术手段,以数字化通信网络和计算机装置代替传统交易过程中纸介质信息载体的存储、传递、统计、发布等环节,从而实现商品和服务交易以及交易管理等活动的全过程无纸化,并达到高效率、低成本、数字化、网络化、全球化等目的。它作为一种创新经济运行方式,为中小企业提供了一个新的发展契机。发展电子商务是我国中小企业在激烈的竞争中谋求发展的重要途径,但我国电子商务尚处于发展阶段,在思想认识、人才培养、基础设施建设、网络和数据安全等方面还存在着一些亟待解决的问题。本文简要分析了当前我国中小企业发展B2B电子商务的基本现状和制约因素,并提出了相应的解决策略。

THE STUDY ON B2B E-COMMERCE’S DEVELOPMENT PROBLEM OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE IN CHINA
ABSTRACT
Electronic commerce is a basic economic form in the 21st century trade activities , how to improve the global competitiveness under the new economy in China has become a focus question of government, enterprises and media attention. E-commerce is actually a kind of new forms of business activity, it by using modern information technology, digital communication network and computer device instead of the tache that using the paper medium for storaging、transmitting、statistics、release,and so on. So as to achieve the trade of goods and services and transaction management activities, and achieve the paperless process with high efficiency and low cost, digital and networked and globalization, etc. As a kind of new economic operation mode,it provide a new development opportunity for the small and medium-sized enterprises. Developing E-commerce is a important way for small and medium-sized enterprises in the fierce competition, but Chinas e-commerce is still in the development stage, in ideas, talent cultivation, infrastructure construction, network and data safety aspects also exists some problems to be solved. This paper analyzed the current basic situation and restriction factor about Chinas small and medium-sized enterprise in the development of B2B e-commerce, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
