单片机光照度测量
编写C51程序,使用光照度/时钟实验板测量光照度,将照度结果显示到液晶屏上。
本实验使用的TSL257是光电信号转换型智能光敏感器件。
单电源供电:+2.7V~+6V;
输出电流:±10mA,工作电流典型值:1.9mA;
光谱响应范围:350nm~1000nm,主要集中在可见光的光谱范围内;
上升时间160μs,峰值响应:940nm;
工作温度:-25—+85℃;
光器件采用环境光过滤封装,可响应近红外光;
工作速度和灵敏度可选采,用环境光过滤封装,输出与光强成线性关系。
