山东经贸职业学院 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 课题 万科房地产有限公司财务报告分析 专 业 会计电算化 班 级 2013级会计电算化8班 学 号_ 2013XXXXXXX 姓 名 XXX 指导教师 王敏  2016 年 4 月 中国 潍坊 摘 要 财务报表是会计信息最重要的载体，通过对财务报表的进一步分析和整理，可以更加全面的显示企业的财务状况。财务分析是以财务报告资料及其它相关资料为依据，采用一系列的分析方法，对企业等经济组织过去和现在有关筹资活动、投资活动、经营活动、分配活动的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力和增长能力状况等进行分析与评价的经济管理活动。它为企业的投资者、债权人、经营者及其它相关企业的组织或个人了解企业过去、评价企业现状、预测企业未来，做出正确决策提供准确的信息或依据。本文通过对万科房地产有限公司近两年的财务状况和经营成果情况进行分析比较，来分析和评价该公司的偿债能力、营运能力、获利能力，以便于企业管理当局及其它报表使用者了解企业财务状况和经营成果，也为经营者的投资决策提供参考依据。通过分析财务状况揭示公司所存在的问题并提出合理化建议，最后是对前面分析结果的总结，以及问题的改善建议。 关键词：财务指标，偿债能力，营运能力，获利能力 Abstract In a market economy , intense competition among the same industry . Business to succeed , it must have a sufficient financial backing . the solvency is not only the core content of the modern enterprise financial management ,but also an important aspect of the financial analysis .It is of great significance to pay attention to the enterprises’ solvency . To the interior, testing the solvency of enterprises can help enterprises make financing and investment decisions scientifically, and use the corporate funds with flexibility. To the exterior, that enterprises solvency of the loan is strong or not is the main basis for creditors to determine the policy and direction of the loan. This paper is based on the actual data of years of 2012—2014 ，which is offered by Dugongs Group Co., Ltd. for analysis, evaluation and puts forward the corresponding proposal. so as to ensure the good enterprise debt paying ability analysis for enterprise managers to make good strategy decision-making provide financial basis.
