某高密度纤维板生产企业职业病危害因素检测结果分析
摘要:目的 了解某高密度纤维板生产企业在正常生产运行过程中存在和(或)产生的主要职业病危害因素,为用人单位职业病防治和职业病危害申报和监管部门的职业健康监督管理工作提供科学依据。方法:对该项目存在的噪声、粉尘、甲醛等职业危害因素进行检测,并进行作业岗位危害分级。结果:噪声结果显示备料车间主控室、备料车间、制胶车间、辅装车间、成品生产线、砂光作业岗位的LEX,8h分别为90.6、94.8、87.7、86.0、90.7、85.5、85.6 dB(A),不符合职业接触限值要求;总粉尘结果显示削片、粉碎、成品生产线主控室、后处理、锯切作业岗位的木粉尘浓度分别5.93、3.47、3.53、3.87、3.53 mg/m3,不符合职业接触限值要求;作业场所空气中甲醛浓度结果显示,成品生产线车间甲醛浓度为0.61 mg/m3,不符合职业接触限值。结论: 噪声危害等级为 = 2 \* ROMAN II级(中度危害),作业场所粉尘危害为 = 1 \* ROMAN I级(轻度危害作业),作业场所甲醛作业危害程度划分为 = 1 \* ROMAN I级(超标)。

Occupational hazards analysis of a manufacturer of high-density fiberboard
Abstract: Objective To investigate the main occupational hazards presented and (or) generated in normal production of a manufacturer of high-density fiberboard, and provide the employers with basic of occupational disease prevention and declare, and also provide a scientific basis for the regulatory authorities to do good occupation health supervision work in workplace. Methods The occupational hazards such as noise, dust, formaldehyde and so on presented in the project were measured, and the hazard classification of job positions was also identified. Results The occupational hazards of the project were mainly noise, dust, formaldehyde, heatstress, ionizing radiation and ammonia. Noise LEX,8h of the woodyard in control room, woodyard, glue plant, auxiliary equipment workshop, finished productionline, sanding job positions were 90.6, 94.8, 87.7, 86.0, 90.7, 85.5,85.6 dB (A), respectively. Total wood dust showed that chipping, grinding, control room of finished production line, post-processing, sawing were 5.93, 3.47, 3.53, 3.87, 3.53 mg/m3, respectively. The concentration of formaldehyde in the finished production line workshop was 0.61 mg/m3. All these results exceeded the occupational regulatory limits.
