Abstract:

DigitalcontrolpulseMIG/MAGweldingequipmentisanewtechnologyinthefieldofweldingtechnologyinrecentyears,whichhastheadvantagesofhighefficiency,highqualityandlowenergyconsumption.ThepurposeofthistopicistostudytheperformanceandprocessofdigitalcontrolpulseMIG/MAGweldingequipmentinordertoimprovetheweldingqualityandengineeringefficiency.

Firstofall,thispaperintroducestheprincipleandstructureofdigitalcontrolpulseMIG/MAGweldingequipment,andanalyzesitskeytechnologiesandadvantagesindetail.Secondly,thispaperstudiesandanalyzestheprocessparametersofdigitalcontrolpulseMIG/MAGweldingequipment,andputsforwardsometargetedoptimizationmeasures.Then,forthequalityrequirementsofweldingjoints,thispaperdeeplydiscussestheweldingprocesslawofdigitalcontrolpulseMIG/MAGweldingequipmentandproposessomepracticaladjustmentmethods.Finally,thispaperverifiesthefeasibilityandeffectoftheoptimizedprocessofdigitalcontrolpulseMIG/MAGweldingequipmentthroughexperiments.
