学 号 24112901421 南湖学院 毕业论文 题 目： 上市公司财务报表分析与完善策略研究 --以“隆平高科”为例 作 者 丁小玲 届 别 2015届 系 别 经济与管理系 专 业 会计学 指导教师 吴忠才 职 称 副教授 完成时间 2015年5月  摘 要 农业是国民经济的基础，农业上市公司是我国先进农业生产力的代表。随着我国国民经济和农村经济的迅速发展，涌现出越来越多的各种类型的农业企业，到2013年底，我国农业上市公司44家。本文以上市公司“袁隆平农业高科技股份有限公司”对外披露的财务报表和年度审计报告为分析对象,依据财务报表分析原则及步骤、常用方法、综合分析方法,选取隆平高科最近三年的资产负债表、利润分析表、现金流量表,从整个农业行业的角度对隆平高科的基本情况和相关财务指标进行分析,综合评价该公司的经营管理,并提出完善策略：优化整合内外部资源、提高流通股比例、增强可持续发展能力、提高短期偿债能力、提高资金营运管理能力，供经营管理者决策参考和投资者正确作出相关的投资决策。 关键词：隆平高科；财务报表分析；评价  Abstract Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, agricultural listing Corporation is the representative of advanced agricultural productivity in china. With the rapid development of Chinas national economy and the rural economy, there are more and more various types of agricultural enterprises, by the end of 2013, Chinas agricultural listing Corporation 44. The listing Corporation Yuan Longping high tech agriculture Limited by Share Ltd disclosed financial statements and annual audit report as the research object, analysis method, comprehensive analysis of the principle and procedure of common methods, on the basis of the financial statements, select Gaoke Longping in recent three years of balance sheet, profit analysis, cash flow statement, analyze the basic situation of the county of Gaoke from the agricultural industry perspective and related financial indicators, comprehensive evaluation of the companys operation and management, and put forward to optimize the integration of internal and external resources, improving the proportion of tradable shares, enhance the capacity for sustainable development, improve the short-term solvency, improve capital operation management ability, for managers and investors to make the right decision-making related investment decision making.
