: 为实现恶劣路况下某三轴全地形车中后桥垂直载荷的合理分配, 将其中后桥双横 独立悬架设计成平衡悬架本文
首先根据拟选结构方案, 建立平衡悬架理论模型, 推导优化目标函数与设计参数之间关系, 使用MATLAB软件编程优化设计变量;
然后以优化结果为输入参数, 在ADAMS /V iew 环境下建立平衡悬架动力学模型, 验证设计结果;仿真分析表明该平衡悬架满足中

Abstract: In order tomeet the reasonable load distribution betweenmid rear axles of all terrain vehicles( ATV ), A
set of equilibrium mechanism among the double wishbone independent suspensions in threeaxle ATV were designed. This
paper firstbuilt the smi plemodelbased on the planned sketch of balance suspension, and relate optmi ization purpose function
to design parameters, and optmi ize design variables using MATLAB language. Then, and the dynamic model of this
equilibrium suspensionw ith the optmi ization results above in ADAMS/V iew. After smi ulating and verifying this design. The
results prove that the structure canmeet the requirements of load distribution.
