No. 1,2010 催化裂化油浆糠醛精制工艺研究 1 1 2 1 1 石俊峰 ,曹祖宾 , 王海超 , 刘井杰 , 王益民 (1.辽宁石油化工大学石油化工学院,辽宁抚顺 113001;2.承德石油高等专科学校,河北承德 067000) 摘要:以大庆石化总厂催化裂化油浆为原料,糠醛作为分离溶剂,可以有效地将油浆的可裂化组分与稠环芳烃分离。实验 考察了抽提温度,质量剂油比和停留时间对精制效果的影响。结果表明,在抽提温度为60℃,溶剂比为2:1 ,停留时间30min 时, 油浆的分离效果较好。产品中精制油饱和烃的含量高达80%,具有良好的催化裂化性能,抽出油可作为芳香型橡胶填充油的调 和组分。 关键词:油浆;糠醛精制;催化裂化;橡胶填充油;芳烃 中图分类号:TE 624.51 文献标识码:B 文章编号:1001- 0017(2010)01- 0068- 04 Studies on Processing of FCC Slurry Furfural Refining 1 1 2 1 1 SHI Jun-feng , CAO Zu-bin , WANG Hai-chao , LIU Jing-jie and WANG Yi-min (1. Chengde Petroleum College, Chengde 067000, China) Abstract: With using Daqing Petrochemical Plant FCC slurry as raw material, furfural as a separation solvent, this method can effectively sepa - rate the cracking part and the condensed nucleus aromatic hydrocarbon in slurry. The influences of extraction temperature, mass ratio of catalyst to oil and residence time on the refining were investigated. The results showed that FCC slurry was separated well when the extraction temperature was 60 ℃, ratio of catalyst to oil was 2:1 and the residence time was 30min. The content of saturated hydrocarbons in refined oil reaches 80%, it has good FCC performance. The extracting oil can be used as the blending component of the aromatic rubber filling oil.
