摘 要 xxxx大学法学院本科毕业论文 PAGE ii PAGE i 网络著作权侵权研究 摘 要 随着互联网的迅速发展，网络作为一种获取信息的方法受到越来越多的人青睐，网络这一重要工具也在各个领域起到的作用越来越明显。作品被网络服务提供商利用（盈利性和非营利性）为广大网民提供服务，但由此引发的网络著作权侵权纠纷也日益增多，对整个社会的发展造成了重要的影响。网络著作权侵权涉及网络服务企业。著作权人、社会公众三方利益。本文从网络著作权侵权的论述、网络著作权侵权行为的具体类型、网络著作权侵权行为的归责原则、网络著作权的保护措施四个方面对网络著作权进行研究，以期对相关问题的解决有所助益。 关键词：互联网；著作权；侵权 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the internet network, internet as an success to information tool is received by more and more people, and also the role of playing in all fields is more and more obvious. Works are used by network services for the majority of internet users so that the network copyright infringement is also increasing, and had a significant impact in the development of society as a whole. Network copyright infringement relates to interests of network service providers, copyright owners and tripartite of the public. The discourse of copyright infringement from the network, the specific type of network copyright infringement attributable to the principle of network copyright infringement, network copyright protection measures that four aspects of network copyright research on issues contribute to the solution helpful.
