Tianj in Institute of Po er Sources, Tianj in 300381, China) Abstract: Cross-linked composite polymer electrolyte was prepared by makin PVDF in composite polymer elec- trolyte of PVDF-PEO w ith fumed silicon cross-linked. It has ood mechanical stren th and ionic conductivity, and it is easy to inte rate w ith electrodes. Because cross-linked PVDF is insoluble in electrolyte, PEO not cross- linked can be sw elled in electrolyte. The effect of PVDF-PEO ration on cross-linked rate and conductivity w as researched. Polymer lithium ion battery w ith this electrolyte film w as tested. T he experimental results show that the cross-linked composite polymer electrolyte has ood temperature performance; compatibility w ith lithi- um, the polymer lithium ion battery w ith it has ood cyclin performance.
