电气控制与PLC课程设计 课题： 自动喷泉的PLC控制 系 别： 电气与信息工程学院 专 业： 自动化 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 葛广军 王整风 王金鹏 任琦梅 河南城建学院 2015年 6月 19日 引言 本设计基于三菱PLC编程，设计了花样喷泉系统。花样喷泉控制系统的主要任务就是改变喷泉的喷水样式，以达到有规律的改变喷泉喷水样式的目的。按下启动按钮，喷泉装置开始工作，按下停止按钮，喷泉控制装置停止工作。喷泉工作方式由花样选择开关和单步∕连续开关决定。当单步∕连续开关选择单步时，喷泉只能按照花样选择开关设定的方式，运行一个循环；当单步∕连续开关选择连续时，喷泉按照花样选择开关设定的方式，运行多个循环，直至按下停止按钮。花样循环方式选择开关用于选择喷泉的喷水花样，本文设计四种喷水花样循环。PLC控制系统体积小、功能强、可靠性高,且具有较大的灵活性和可扩展性的特点。用PLC花样喷泉控制系统，不但实现了自动转换花样喷泉的喷水样式，提高了系统的可靠性和安全性，而且，美化了我们的生活环境，使我们的生活环境更加安逸、舒适。因此PLC控制系统具有一定的工程应用和推广价值。 关键词：喷泉，PLC控制，花样喷泉系统。 INTRODUTION the Start button,fountain device started working,press the stop button,fountain control device to stop working.Fountain works by pattern selection switch and single-step/continuous switching decision.When step/continuous switch selection step,select only in accordance with figure fountain switch is set in a way,running a loop;when step/continuous switching select continuous time,fountain in accordance with the pattern selection switch is set in a way,running several cycles,until you press the stop button.Figure cycle way selector switch is used to select a fountain of water spray pattern,this article design four spray pattern.The PLC control system volume is small,versatile,high reliability,and with greater flexibility.The PLC figure fountain control system,not only for automated conversion figure fountain water style,improves system reliability and security,and beautified our living environment,make our life more easy,comfortable environment.Thus plc control system has certain engineering application and extension value.
