It is a key issue that how to provide transparent services to the customers so as to provide data sharing among multi-security zones, and satisfy the demand of security defending strategies of power secondary systems as well. According to the related regulations of security zones, this paper analyzes their impacts on the construction of OSB, and proposes a feasible solution that overcome the barriers among various security zones and thus support interconnection and intercommunication of services as well as the service depolyment .
