第24 卷第4 期 辽宁工程技术大学学报 2005 年8 月 Vol.24 No.4 Journal of Liaoning Technical University Aug. 2005 文章编号:1008-0562(2005)04-0588-03 弛豫过程对贝氏体组织细化的定量研究 苑少强,褚祥治,肖春英,刘大江,陈 涛 (唐山学院 科研处,河北 唐山 063000) 摘 要:利用热模拟、金相显微术、结合定量统计和 TEM 技术,研究了微合金钢奥氏体区变形后弛豫不同时间的组织演化及析出情 况。实验结果表明:经弛豫工艺处理后,贝氏体、马氏体复合组织得到了有效细化,在 850 ℃变形后等温弛豫 60~200 s 时,细化效果 最佳。与此同时,应变诱导析出相亦能有效地钉扎位错,析出相的尺寸小于 10 nm。 关键词:弛豫;超低碳贝氏体;组织细化;应变诱导析出 中图分类号:TG 113.25 文献标识码: A Quantitative study on refinement of bainite by relaxation processing YUAN Shao-qiang ,CHU Xiang-zhi,XIAO Chun-ying ,LIU Da-jiang, CHEN Tao (Department of Scientific Research, Tangshan College,Tangshan 063000,China ) Abstract:Thermo-simulation test, metallographic analysis, quantitative measurement along with TEM technique were used to study the microstructures variation of bainite and precipitation during relaxation after deformation in microalloyed steel. The experiments results demonstrate that: the microstructures (complex ultra-fine bainite and martensite) of tested steel have been refined effectively by means of relaxation processing. The optimal refinement could be obtained at 60-200s period during relaxation after deformation. Meanwhile, the dislocations were pinned by the strain-induced precipitates whose size less than 10nm.
