精品论文 参考文献 组合式骨固定器治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折 汪胜 左才红 张财义 张庆 陈建 宣城市人民医院骨一科 242000 【摘 要】目的观察组合式骨固定器治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法2010年2月-2015年2月应用组合式骨固定器架治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折40例，男28例，女12例，年龄18-71岁，平均35.7岁。按gustiIo分型，其中II型29例，IIIa型11例。骨折部位及类型：上1/3骨折5例，中1/3骨折23例，下1/3骨折12例（包括Pilon骨折）。结果：随访1年～6年，24例4-6个月达骨性愈合，10例8个月内达到骨性愈合，6例12个月内达到骨性愈合，无骨不连及骨髓炎等并发症。结论：组合式骨固定器治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折是一种较好的方法，其操作简单，固定可靠，疗效满意。 【关键词】组合式骨固定器；骨折；骨折固定术 Combined external fixators in treating complicated fracture of Tibia and Fibular ZUO Cai-hong，Wang Sheng，ZHANG Qing，ZHANG Cai-yi，Cheng Jian Deptment of Orthopaedics，People，s Hospital of Xuancheng，Xuancheng，Anhui Abstract：Objective To observe the combined external fixators in the treatment of complex tibial and fibular fracture. Methods：From 2010 February -2015 year in February by combined external fixators frame for the treatment of complex tibial and fibular fractures in 40 patients，male 28 cases，female 12 cases，aged 18-71 years，average 35.7 years old. According to gustiIo classification，there are 29 cases of type II，type IIIa in 11 cases. The fracture site and type：1/3fracture in 5cases，1/3fractures in 23 cases，12 cases of fracture of lower1/3（including Pilon fracture）. Results：After a follow-up of 1 year to 6 years，24cases of 4-6months had healed，10 cases healed within 8 months，6 patients healed within 12 months，no complications such as nonunion and osteomyelitis. Conclusion：Combined external fixators in the treatment of complex tibial and fibular fracture is a better method，which has the advantages of simple operation，reliable fixation，curative effect satisfaction. Key words：combined external fixators：fracture；fracture fixation 【中图分类号】R274.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2096-0867（2016）-03-093-02 胫腓骨骨折在临床工作中较为常见，大多数系高能量损伤，由于小腿解剖部位的特殊，常为粉碎性、开放性骨折，部分患者皮肤条件较差，骨折周围软组织挫伤严重，使用钢板或髓内钉内固定，常伴有伤口不愈合，皮肤坏死，出现感染或骨外露等并发症。我院自2010年2月-2015年2月应用组合式骨固定器治疗40例胫腓骨粉碎性开放性骨折（即复杂性胫腓骨骨折），骨折以及软组织均良好愈合，疗效满意，现报告如下。 1、临床资料： 1.1一般资料：本组均为我院收治的复杂性胫腓骨骨折患者，采用组合式骨固定器治疗，共40例，其中男28例，女12例，年龄18-71岁，平均35.7岁。受伤原因：车祸伤27例，砸伤13例。
