最新顶岗实习心得体会 转眼间已经来藁城三中快两周了，回想起这两周的顶岗实习生活，真的是收获颇多。 从大三第一学期微格教学时的紧张状态，到现在的从容面对。不会再像以前那样的紧张、发抖、脸红，取而代之的是淡定与自信。不经意间，我发现，我喜欢上了这里的紧张生活，喜欢上了这里的老师，喜欢上了这里的学生。他们的活泼，他们的单纯，让我觉得生活其实很简单，微笑的看待一切，继续前进。 在这里，我有着双重身份，指导老师面前，我是一名需要实战经验的学生;在学生面前，我是一名来自师范大学的顶岗实习老师。当我拿着地理书走进教室的时候，当我的学生向我问老师好的时候，责任感与自豪感油然而生。每周的课排的很紧，所以没来前怕没有课上的担心都是多余的，上好每一节课，珍惜每一次讲课的机会，对我来说都是那么的重要，因为它是一个成长的过程。 今后的路还很长，希望和他们的相处能够越来越融洽，希望我能够真正做到侃侃而谈，希望我的到来，能给他们带来快乐、能够在他们的学习上有所帮助。新的生活、新的人群……一切都是新的。在这里的我很好，真的很好，因为我在成长，在向我的教师梦不断靠近。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
