摘 要
随着社会的进步,经济迅速发展,工业等其它行业所需的原材料不断增加,需要破碎的原材料的量也日益增加。破碎后的绝大多数的原矿还不能成为工业所需的炉料,破碎后的矿石还需要经过选矿处理后方能成为炉料。作为选矿龙头的破磨作业,其是能量、钢材等原材料消耗最多的大户。因此,节能、降耗成为破磨设备研究需要达成的最终目的,“多碎少磨”更是节能、降耗的研磨设备重要检测指标,其关键问题是降低破碎产品的最终粒度。作为研磨设备中的一种破碎机械,圆锥破碎机不仅生产效率高,而且能生产粒度小而均匀的物料,可以能实现矿岩从350mm破碎到10mm以下的不同级别颗粒的生产,从而满足入磨粒度的需要,因此圆锥破碎机成为金属矿山选矿厂的主要破碎设备。
本文先分析了圆锥破碎机的工作原理,继而对圆锥破碎机进行整体的设计与计算。结合圆锥破碎机的功能和类型,计算了生产效率和动锥摆动次数,通过破碎机的安装效率来确定电动机类型,进而确定传动比和传动部分设计与计算。对带轮和键进行挤压应力校核,对齿轮、轴承和轴进行受力分析和弯曲强度校核,对弹簧进行工作载荷校核,利用计算机软件绘制圆锥破碎机。圆锥破碎机的下动锥体与偏心套接触的地方设计成了滚子接触,减少了摩擦力,增加机器的使用寿命;通过对偏心套筒的最厚边和最薄边的差值来调节破碎后物料的大小;电动机和主轴之间通过皮带传动,缓和了载荷冲击等。参考大量的文献,经历过大量的计算,最终设计出圆锥破碎机。设计的方式主要是根据已知条件对零件初步选择,然后进行受力分析和校核确定零件基本尺寸。

Abstract
With the progress of the society, the economy is developing rapidly, the raw materials needed by industry and other industries are increasing, and the amount of raw materials need to be broken.
