个剂量组( 低中高) 和1 个对照组 每组10 只每组 物经口给与相应剂量的异麦芽低聚糖 对照组给水
7 天后留取各组小鼠粪便分析肠道菌群人体实验: 30 名健康成人( 女15 人 男15 人) 每天服用30g 含异麦
芽低聚糖的产品( 相当于15g 异麦芽低聚糖) 7 天后留取粪便进行肠道菌群分析 结果表明: 异麦芽低聚糖对
BALBc 小鼠和受试人群的肠道菌群均具有 一定的调节作用; 对小鼠和人肠道的双歧杆菌人肠道中的乳杆
菌具有增殖作用 并具有抑制人肠道产气荚膜梭菌生长的作用

Abstract : Objective In order to study the eff ect of Isomaltooligosaccharides on Hum an and mouse intestinal flora in vi
vo. M ethods 1. 30 health subject s ( 15 male 15 f emale) were randomly selected from the clinic of Tianjin CDC . They
w ere provide 15 g Isom altooligosaccharides once a day for 7 days; 2. 4 0 BABLc mice w ere divided into 4 groups 3 ex
perimental groups and 1 control group . These 3 experimental groups w ere f ed different dose of Isomaltooligosaccharides by
gavage f or 7 days. Feces of both human and mice were determ ined before and at the end of the experiment . Result s The re
