万方数据 万方数据 基于全员商务智能的企业决策支持系统的构建与效果研究 摘 要 本文提出全员商务智能（BI）的解决方案，试图让企业的每个员 工和客户都成为商务智能的一部分，每个员工都可以通过使用商务智 能看到在个人层面上企业决策和自己的执行是否有积极作用，并在底 层及时的发现决策的负面影响并在自我权限范围内修正，从而提高决 策的有效性。本文以实施全员商务智能的某制造型企业为案例研究对 象，展开对其全员商务智能决策分析体系的构建过程、系统内容、应 用效果的全面分析，同时对比传统的决策层商务智能的决策分析体系 的应用效果，并以商务智能理论为辅，探索一种能帮助企业做出更有 效决策的商务智能，为商务智能和企业管理的发展贡献自己的力量。 本文主要由六部分组成，第一部分阐述了全员商务智能的研究背 景与意义、研究与应用现状、研究内容与方法，奠定了下文论述的理 论基础和指导方法；第二部分是对全员商务智能从概念内涵、功能到 应用领域的详细阐述；第三部分介绍了商务智能决策支持系统的架构 和实现技术；第四部分以某制造型企业全员商务智能系统的整体构建 过程为例，描述了全员商务智能从需求分析、数据获取到最终展现效 果的实现过程；第五部分对比传统商务智能与全员商务智能的应用效 果，突出全员商务智能的独特优势。第六部分总结了全员商务智能对 于制造业及其他行业的借鉴意义，实施中存在的难点，并对未来的发 展方向进行了展望。 I 关键词：全员，商务智能，决策，效果 II RESEARCH ON THE EFFICIENCY AND CONSTRUCTION OF ENTERPRISES DECISION MAKING SYSTEM BASED ON BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE OF ENTIRE-EMPLOYEE ABSTRACT This thesis tries to put every staff and customer into a part of business intelligence and speed the efficiency of decision making by checking the positive role of every staff between enterprise decision and their own execution and revising the negative affect. Based on the case of some manufacturing company which put the entire employee business intelligence into application, this thesis will give an overall analyze in process construction, systematic contents and application efficiency of business intelligence. Meanwhile, comparing a same industry application effect of enterprise decision making system of traditional business intelligence, discovering a new one which can help enterprise make a more effective and prompt decision is what to devote in the discussion of this thesis.
