单跨双坡轻型钢结构厂房设计_毕业设计计算书.docx

摘 要轻型钢结构门式刚架由于其具有重量轻、造价低、安装方便、施工周期短等优点,近几年在我国发展较快,尤其在工业厂房中已得到广泛的应用。本文即为一个典型的无吊车单层单跨双坡门式刚架轻型厂房的设计书。本设计是根据建筑所给的工程设计条件,并依据《建筑结构荷载规范》、《钢结构设计规范》、《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》等规范规程进行的。内容主要包括工程工况介绍,荷载计算,荷载组合,内力计算,以及屋面檩条、墙梁、刚架、抗风柱、支撑、节点、基础等部分的设计计算。其中,刚架的设计首先是通过建筑科学研究院 PKPM钢结构设计软件STS进行荷载内力计算和截面优选,然后根据相关的规范公式通过手算对其结果进行验算,其余内容主要通过手算完成。关键词:门式钢架,强度,稳定性,挠度ABSTRACT Because of its light weight, low cost, convenient installation, short construction period, in recent years light steel portal frame in our country is developing rapidly and has been widely used, especially in the industrial plant. This paper is a typical light plant design book, which is a single floor light steel portal frame that without crane. This design is based on the construction of the engineering design, and according to code for the design of building structures, code for design of steel structures and technical specification for light-weight buildings with gabled frames, with those rules of steel structure, the design be successfully completed. The content of this design mainly includes the engineering condition, load calculation, load combination, internal force calculation as well as the design calculation of the roof purlins, wall beam, frame, wind resistant pillars, supporting, node, and foundation. Among them, load internal force calculation and section optimization of the frame design is first used by the PKPM steel structure design software STS which is designed by Architectural Institute of science and technology, then according to the formula of the relevant standard rules to count the results and checked it by hand, the rest of the content is complete by hand .KEYWORDS: Light steel portal frame, Intensity, Stability, Deflection 前言80年代以来,国外的轻钢结构建筑逐步进入了国内市场。由于其灵活面广,用钢量小,工厂化生产实现能力强,现场安装简便迅速,施工周期短,因而在国内市场中应用越来越广泛,受到广大用户的认可及好评。特别是门式刚架,由于其造型简洁美观,在各类民用与工业建筑中适应性较强,跨度灵活,单跨多跨可不同结合,因而广泛应用于大面积的厂房、仓库和各类公共建设。门式刚架轻钢结构已成为当今轻型化建筑结构的主要形式,它能有效利用材料,构件尺寸小,可以在工厂批量生产,保证质量,而且可循环利用而被广泛应用于工业厂房和公共建筑中,其优越性和经济效益是不言而喻的,主要表现在以下几个方面:(1)构造
