数学系 上海金融学院 本科毕业论文 2013-10-11  内容摘要：如今越来越多的企业把企业信息化建设作为公司发展的一个重要部分。在企业信息化发展的同时，作为信息化建设的基础，IT设备的数量也在不断的增加。在过去，可能一张办公桌，一支笔，一张纸就是进行办公的全部工具。而在今天，办公室里几乎人人都要配备一台电脑，还有扫描仪、打印机、U盘、移动硬盘等设备更是不可或缺。人们依靠这些设备，信息化工作才能顺利地展开。本系统所管理的IT设备正是这种日常办公常用的IT设备，这些设备具有流动性大，使用人数多等特点。本系统尝试用C#和SQL Server构建一个IT设备管理系统，旨在简化企业IT设备从购买到发放的流程，实现全程无纸化操作，并且减轻相关人员的负担，节约时间，做到IT设备的来源和去处一目了然。主要功能有设备入库，设备出库，申请，审核，统计等。 关键词：信息化 IT设备 C# Abstract: Nowadays more and more the enterprise put enterprise informatization construction as an important part for the development of the company. At the same time of the development of enterprise informatization, the number of IT equipment which is the basis of informatization construction is continually increased. In the past, may be a desk, a pen and a piece of paper are all the tools you need in office. Today, almost everyone in the office is equipped with a computer, a scanner, a printer. Other things such as U disk or mobile hard disk are indispensable. Depend on these devices, People can carry out the work smoothly. The IT equipment which this system managed is day-to-day office IT equipment. The features of these devices are tremendous liquidity and large quantities.This system try to use C# and SQL Server to build an IT equipment management system, which is designed to simplify the process from purchase to issue IT equipment, to realize the paperless operation, to reduce the burden of relevant people, and to save time. It realizes that the source and destination of IT equipment is clear.
