EPC总承包项目质量风险管理研究——以国际工程特多医院为例的中期报告
摘要:本文以国际工程特多医院为案例,探究了EPC总承包项目质量风险管理的策略和实践,分析了在实施过程中可能遇到的问题和挑战,并提出了相应的解决措施。通过文献研究、案例分析和专家访谈,得出以下结论:(1)EPC总承包项目质量风险管理应该贯穿整个项目周期,从项目前期到验收阶段都要考虑风险;(2)建立风险评估和管理机制能够帮助识别并预测可能出现的风险,从而采取相应的措施降低风险发生的概率和影响;(3)加强质量管理、提高工艺技术水平和加强监督检查是降低质量风险的有效措施。本研究为EPC总承包项目质量风险管理提供了参考和思路,为工程项目的高质量完成提供了一定的指导。

Abstract: In this paper, the strategy and practice of quality risk management for EPC general contracting projects are explored with the case of the International Engineering Terto Hospital. The problems and challenges that may be encountered in the implementation process are analyzed, and corresponding solutions are proposed. Through literature research, case analysis and expert interviews, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) Quality risk management for EPC general contracting projects should run through the entire project cycle and consider risks from the project initiation to the acceptance stage; (2) Establishing a risk assessment and management mechanism can help identify and predict potential risks, thus taking corresponding measures to reduce the probability and impact of risks; (3) Strengthening quality management, improving technical level and strengthening supervision and inspection are effective measures to reduce quality risks. This study provides a reference and ideas for quality risk management of EPC general contracting projects and provides guidance for high-quality completion of engineering projects.
