摘要：以上海某既有地铁上盖项目为实例，介绍了在已经建成的地铁车站上新建商办城市综合体的结构设计思路和分

析过程。通过合理的沉降计算以及结构加固等措施，确保了整个施工过程中不影响地铁运营，并在竣工后将对地铁的

影响控制在规范要求内。所述结构设计方法为城市发展过程中越来越多的既有地铁车站上新建建筑的推广应用提供了

实际案例和设计思路。

Abstract:TakinganexistingmetrosuperstructureprojectinShanghaiasanexample,thispaperintroducesthe

ideaofstructuraldesignandanalysisprocessofanewcommercialurbancomplexonthecompletedmetrostation.

Throughreasonablesettlementcalculationandstructuralreinforcementandothermeasures,itisensuredthatthemetro

operationwillnotbeaffectedinthewholeconstructionprocess,andtheimpactonthemetrowillbecontrolledwithinthe

specificationrequirementsaftercompletion.Thestructuraldesignmethodprovidespracticalcasesanddesignideas

forthepopularizationandapplicationofincreasingnewbuildingsonexistingmetrostationsintheprocessofurban

development.

1项目概况

本项目位于上海市浦东新区某地铁车站区域，地铁车

站斜穿本地块，将地块分割为南北2个区域。场地现状为：

原场地内建筑配合地铁车站的施工，在2008年，地铁车站

南侧地块地下室以及地铁车站北侧23m部分地下室，施工二期未建部分

至首层标高（局部至地下1层标高）后停工多年，如图1、一期地下已建部分

地铁车站区域
