从业、规范决策行为、提高决策水平的必然要求，是防范决策风险、促进国有企业科学发展的根本保障。论文通过分析“三重一大”决

策制度在国有企业推行的重大意义，对“三重一大”决策制度在国有企业内部推行的现状进行分析，提出相应的解决措施和手段，为

推进“三重一大”决策制度在国有企业的落地提供参考依据。

fundamentalguaranteetopreventdecision-makingrisksandpromotethescientificdevelopmentofstate-ownedenterprises.Throughthe

analysisofthegreatsignificanceoftheimplementationofthreeimportanceandonegreatnessdecision-makingsysteminstate-owned

enterprises,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationoftheimplementationofthreeimportanceandonegreatnessdecision-makingsystem

withinthestate-ownedenterprises,andputsforwardthecorrespondingsolutionsandmeans,soastoprovideareferencefortheimplementation

ofthreeimportanceandonegreatnessdecision-makingsysteminthestate-ownedenterprises.
