LGS series vertical induction wet strong magnetic ore separator at the scene continuous working 30 labor classes, the product target is quite stable. Carries on the average to the strong magnetic debris, the Al2O3 average content are 22.38%, the iron on average is 1.56%, the Al2O3 average returns-ratio is 42.66%. 1 引言
蓝晶石属于蓝晶石高族高铝矿物,具有多种形态的A12O3·SiO2或A12SiO5,理论组成A12O3 62.92%、SiO2 37.08%。蓝晶石在经过高温煅烧莫来石化后具有耐火度高、高温载荷大、抗化学腐蚀,热膨胀性低、抗磨性和绝缘性强、耐急冷急热以及热态机械强度高等特点,使其成为冶金、建材和其他工业部门的重要基础原料[1]。我国蓝晶石矿除极少数富矿(常因含有刚玉引起)外,绝大多数蓝晶石矿石因A12O3含量较低,必须经过分离选别。蓝晶石精矿中常因含有的石榴石、赤铁矿、磁铁矿、金红石、钛铁矿等磁性矿物含量超过允许标准,导致其工业价值降低,因此蓝晶石的磁选工艺研究也是研究的一个热点。近几年来,国内磁选设备发展很快,在设备规模上向大型化发展,在结构形式上向多样化发展,在产品规格上向系列化发展,在控制方式上很多采用了程序控制、模块电路和自动监控等,大力发展和采用高效磁选技术,特别是发展高效节能的磁选设备[2-6]。
2 试验矿样性质分析
原矿经工艺矿物学鉴定得知,该矿样主要矿物为石榴蓝晶石云母片岩和蓝晶石石榴石片麻岩,岩石中的矿物组成主要是蓝晶石、石英、黑云母、石榴石、长石,少量红柱石,金属矿物主要为磁铁矿,极少量黄铁矿。蓝晶石颗粒大小在0.5mm~8.2mm之间。部分与磁铁矿等矿石矿物不规则毗连镶嵌,部分与云母呈包裹型镶嵌。石英是主要脉石矿物之一,大小一般为0.4~0.6mm,多与云母、蓝晶石、磁铁矿等矿物规则毗连镶嵌(如图1所示)。石榴石颗粒大小在0.4mm~6
