45T旋钻机行走装置的设计.docx

摘 要旋挖钻机具有装机功率大、输出扭矩大、轴向压力大、机动灵活、施工效率高、环保等特点。配合不同钻具,适应我国大部分地区的地质条件,成为适合建筑基础工程中成孔作业最理想的施工机械。本毕业设计主要是通过对履带式旋挖钻机行走装置的分析与设计。首先通过对轮式履带行走装置和履带行走装置的功用和特点进行比较,选择确定履带式行走装置为旋转挖掘机行走装置系统;其次根据履带行走装置行驶原理,确定履带行走装置基本参数并对履带行走装置主要部件进行型号选择;再次对履带行走装备各个部件进行分析和结构设计;最后完成其PRO/E三维建模,并对模型进行干涉检测。关键词:旋挖钻机; 履带行走装置; PRO/E三维建模;干涉检测ABSTRACT45 tons of rotary drilling rig driving wheel and the tractor wheel designRotary Drilling Rig with installed capacity of power,output torque, axial pressure,flexible, efficient construction, environmental protection, etc.。with different drilling tools to meet the geological conditions in most parts of China, as the basis for building project into hole work best construction machinery。The main graduation is tracked through the rotary drilling rigs running device analysis and design.
