教师工作述职报告(中学教师)
1996年参加工作以以来,一直坚持党的四项基本本原则,贯彻执行党在新时期期下关于素质教育的方针政策策,着力于培养学生的创新能能力,既教书又育人。在工作作中,不怕困难,勇挑重担,,顽强拼搏,敢于创新,在教教育教学方面取得了一定的成成绩。一、教学手段及方法

例如,初初中课文中有两篇文章,岑参参的《白雪歌送武判官归京》》和毛泽东的《沁园春雪》都都是传诵千古的名篇,诗中所所表现出来的和诣的音韵,优优美的意境,作者博大的胸怀怀和气概,都深深地感染着学学生。但这里却存在着一个关关键的问题,全篇都是以雪作作为背景的,雪对于增强对于于诗的感知能力,审美能力,,都起着至关重要的作用。但但广州的学生根本就没有见过过下雪,只是从电视画面上得得到过一点模糊的认识。如果果此时不加深学生对雪景的形形象感知,即使学生对课文了了如指掌,也达不到对诗歌内内在美的品味,那么这堂课就就是失败的。为了在上课之前前加深学生对雪的认知和感知知的能力,我从网上下载了许许多雪景图片,然后把它们制制作成课件,在上课的时候进进行演示,这样在上课的时候候既创设了良好的教学情境,,也有力地调动了学生上课的的积极性。整堂课下来,学生生们都显得意犹未尽,这是传传统的教学模式所达不到的效效果。
在几年的语文教学中中,我深深地体会到:语文教教学关键是一个“活”字,死死扣书本,死记硬背,是绝对对出不了成绩的。对“活
