摘要
本论文就是针对南安地区lOkV配电网中性点接地方式的选择问题进行研究。论文首先对10kV配电网中性点运行的各种方式进行分析,比较各种运行方式的特点,然后对南安地区lOkV配电网现状进行全面的调研,并对各变电站lOkV母线电容电流进行实际测量,为正确选择中性点接地方式提供准确的基础资料。论文还对南安地区目前正在采用的小电阻接地方式进行总结,结合实际运行效果提出其优缺点,并对其存在问题提出了进一步的改进措施。通过对南安地区10kV配电网的深入调查、研究、试验,得出南安市区、官桥、水头及石井lOkV配电网可以继续采用小电阻接地方式,而南安北区lOkV配电网采用消弧线圈接地方式更好的结论。

Abstract
This paper is aimed at nanan district lOkV distribution network neutral point grounding way choice question for study. Paper first for 10 kv distribution network neutral point operation of a variety of ways to carry on the analysis, compare the characteristics of all kinds of operation mode, and then to conduct a comprehensive investigation about the present situation of nanan district lOkV distribution network, and the actual measurement for each substation lOkV busbar capacitance current to, as the basis for correct selection of neutral point grounding way to provide accurate information. Paper also for Southampton region is currently using the small resistance grounding mode of summarized, combining with the actual running effect their advantages and disadvantages are put forward, and the problems existed in further improving measures are put forward. Through in-depth survey of nanan district 10 kv power distribution network, research and test, it is concluded that nanan city, officer, bridge, water head and ishii lOkV distribution network can continue to use small resistance grounding mode, the south north lOkV distribution network using the conclusion of arc suppression coil grounding way better.
