工期约束下的施工成本控制研究 摘要 工程项目的实施是工程项目生命周期中的一个重要阶段，业主或项目组织者通过招标将工程项目的实施发包给承包商。承包商组织一切施工工作，其中主要包括施工项目组织的建立；人、财、物的调配与使用；按施工图及合同规范实施工程项目等。其工程项目的经济目标完全通过工程施工成本控制来实现。在市场经济条件下，项目的成本控制不仅在整个项目管理中，而且在整个施工企业管理中都有着举足轻重的作用，因此，对工程项目施工成本控制的研究尤为重要。 本文首先第一章分析概括了国内外专业人士对施工成本控制的研究成果及对施工成本的界定，并对论文章节的安排做了必要的框架分析；接着，文章第二章重点介绍归纳了施工成本动态控制理论，在本章中主要分析了工期—成本互相作用机理、施工成本控制概述和进度—成本管理，通过参考大量的国内外文献成功的将施工成本控制理论归纳成一个较为完整的知识体系；随后，在文章的第三章深入分析了工期正常情况下施工成本控制体系，本章节依附PDCA循环理论从计划、实施、检查和处理四个环节来展开叙述施工成本控制方法；最后，文章第四章重点分析了工期延误下施工成本的控制，本章节从事前、事中和事后三个阶段来讲如何处理施工项目工期延误下施工成本控制。 关键词：施工成本 工期-成本关系 施工成本控制 A Study on Construction Cost that Restrained by Time Abstract The implement of engineering project is an important stage in the engineering project life cycle, and the owners or project organizers send out the implement of engineering to contractor task through bidding. Contractors organize the whole construction work, mainly including establishing of construction organization, distributing and use of personnel, money and materials; implement engineering project according to the design drawings and the contract specifications. Its economic target is wholly depend on controlling the cost of construction. In the condition of the market economy, cost control is very important, not only in the whole project management, but in the management of the construction enterprise. So it is very necessary to analyze construction cost control.
