摘要
液压传动在我们生活中经常遇到,如推土机、压钢机、注塑机以及千斤顶等。其中千斤顶与我们生活息息相关,它作为一个典型的升降平台,在生活中发挥了不少的作用。液压传动的基本原理是机械能与液压能的相互转换,液压千斤顶就是利用其原理进行工作。液压千斤顶具有体积小、重量轻、携带方便、性能可靠等优点,被广泛用于起重作业,是维修机器的理想工具。液压千斤顶是由液压缸、活塞、活塞杆等组成,在工作中用刚性顶举件作为工作装置,通过底部托爪或顶部托座在小行程内顶升重物。随着经济的发展,液压千斤顶将发挥着不可替代的作用,同时它也会朝着更加先进的方向发展。
本文从液压千斤顶结构与工作原理的分析着手,按设计要求对参数进行计算,按参数进行结构设计、校核,逐步阐述液压千斤顶设计的全过程。运用已掌握的液压理论知识、机械设计与制造理论知识、机械加工工艺知识等,设计了液压千斤顶的结构及各个零件的几何尺寸,确保了液压千斤顶的质量和强度。

Abstract
Hydraulic drive often encountered in our life, such as bulldozers, pressure steel machine, injection molding machine and a jack. Jack is closely related to our lives, it as a typical lift platform, can play a lot in life. The basic principle of hydraulic transmission is mechanical and hydraulic energy transformation, hydraulic jack is in using its principle of work. Hydraulic jack has small volume, light weight, easy to carry, the advantages of reliable performance, is widely used in lifting operation, is an ideal tool to repair the machine. Hydraulic jack is composed of hydraulic cylinder, piston and piston rod, with rigid jacking in working as a working device, hold claw in through the opening at the bottom or the top bracket jack-up weights within the small stroke.Along with the economical development, the hydraulic jack will be playing the role which might not be substituted, simultaneously it will also be able to face a more advanced direction to develop.
Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the hydraulic jack to proceed, according to the requirement of design parameters calculation, structure design, check according to the parameters. To elaborate the whole process design of hydraulic jack. Use the mastered hydraulic theory, knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing knowledge, knowledge of machining process, design of geometric dimensions of hydraulic jack structure and each part, ensure the quality and strength of the hydraulic jack.
