高层建筑转换层大体积混凝土施工的难点与对策分析

摘要：在高层建筑施工中，转换层大体积混凝土施工是重要的工序，其施工难度较高，极易出现施工质量和安全问题，对

建筑工程项目正常运行产生不利影响。文章从实际工程案例出发，根据以往工程经验探讨分析转换板施工环节存在的困

难，并结合工程项目实际情况提出合理的改进策略，以期提升高层建筑转换层大体积混凝土施工水平。研究结果显示，全

面落实高层建筑转换层大体积混凝土施工技术，明确施工要求，加强施工管理，可以提高转换层大体积混凝土施工水平，为

高层建筑正常运行奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract：Intheconstructionofhigh-risebuildings，themassconcreteconstructionofthetransferfloorisanimportantprocess

withhighconstructiondifficulty，whichispronetoconstructionqualityandsafetyproblems，andhasanadverseimpactonthe

normaloperationofconstructionprojects.Startingfromtheactualengineeringcases，thispaperdiscussesandanalyzesthe

difficultiesexistingintheconstructionoftransferslabaccordingtothepreviousengineeringexperience，andputsforward

reasonableimprovementstrategiescombinedwiththeactualsituationoftheproject，inordertoimprovetheconstructionlevelof

massconcreteinthetransferfloorofhigh-risebuildings.Theresearchresultsshowthatthecomprehensiveimplementationofmass

concreteconstructiontechnologyforhigh-risebuildingtransferfloor，clearconstructionrequirements，andstrengthening

constructionmanagementcanimprovetheconstructionlevelofmassconcretefortransferfloor，andlayasolidfoundationforthe

normaloperationofhigh-risebuildings.
