2219铝合金热压缩变形流变应力

摘要:通过Gleeble.1500热模拟机对2219铝合金在应变速率为0.1~10s.1、变形温度为320-440℃的流变
应力行为进行了研究。结果表明:在实验条件范围内,2219铝合金热压缩变形时,流变应力随变形温度的升高而
值流变应力行为;获得的峰值流变应力解析式中,A、n和,l值分别为2.65×10帕S一、0.020MPa1和6.9l,热变形激
活能Q为153.3kJ/t001.
