摘要
随着煤炭、石油和天然气等化石燃料迅速消耗,以及由此带来的能源危机与环染日益加剧,近年来世界各国都在积极寻找和开发新的、清洁、安全可靠的可再生能源。太阳能具有取之不尽、用之不竭和清洁安全等特点,是理想的可再生能源。20世纪70年代后,太阳能光伏发电在世界范围内受到高度重视并取得了长足进展。太阳能光伏发电技术作为太阳能利用的一个重要组成部分,并被认为是二十一世纪最具发展潜力的一种发电方式。太阳能光伏发电系统的研究对于缓解能源危机、减少环境污染以及减小温室效应具有重要的意义。
由于太阳能电池阵列是光伏发电系统的核心部件和能源供给部分,因此在光 伏发电系统仿真模型的研究中,太阳电池阵列仿真模型的研究至关重要。

ABSTRACT
In recent years,As the concern over the rapid consumption of fossil energy such as coal,oil and natural gas,energy crisis and increasing environmental Pollution,many countries have been in search of and actively developing clean,safe and reliable renewable energy source. Solar energy is a ideal energy source with the advantages such as cleanness,inexhaustibility and safety. Sinee1 9705,Photovoltaic(PV)
Generation attracts worldwide attention and has made great progress. As a important Part of solar energy application,the technology of PV generation is considered as the most Potential Power generation of the 2lth century. The research on PV generation is significant for solving energy crisis,reducing environmental Pollution and greenhouse effect.
Since solar cell array is the key component and energy source of Photovoltaic generation system,the research on simulation model of solar cell array is vital to the research on simulation model of photovoltaic generation system. This paper build a simulation model of solar cell array based on the engineering analytical model of silicon solar cells,analyzes the influence of the change of solar irradiation and solar cell temperature on the accuracy of output of solar cell array simulation model,proposes a optimization design formula for calculating coefficient b of engineering analytical model of silicon solar cells under different solar irradiation,compares the results of simulation model with the experimental results of solar cell array.
