旅游目的地官方微博信息供给与旅游者需求关系研究的中期报告 摘要: 本研究旨在探讨旅游目的地官方微博信息供给与旅游者需求之间的关系。研究采用问卷调查法收集样本数据,采用统计分析方法对数据进行分析,结果表明:旅游目的地官方微博信息供给对旅游者决策具有影响;旅游者对官方微博信息需求主要体现在景点介绍、旅游服务、优惠活动等方面;旅游目的地官方微博信息供给与旅游者需求之间存在一定差距。针对这些结论,本研究提出了旅游目的地官方微博信息优化的建议。 关键词:旅游目的地;官方微博;信息供给;需求;中期报告 Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between official Weibo information supply of tourist destinations and the demand of tourists. The research collects sample data by questionnaire and uses statistical analysis to analyze the data. The results show that the official Weibo information supply of tourist destinations has an effect on tourists decision-making; tourists demand for official Weibo information mainly includes introduction of scenic spots, tourism services, preferential activities and so on; there is a certain gap between official Weibo information supply of tourist destinations and tourists demand. Based on these conclusions, this study puts forward suggestions for optimizing official Weibo information of tourist destinations.
