Methods 60 cases of female patients with stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into observation group（n=30） and control group（n=30）. The observation group was treated with oral Tiantai Wuyao decoction addition and subtraction and pelvic floor muscletraining. The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle treatment effect between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate was % in the observation group， which was significantly higher than that in the control group（%， P）. The number of urinary incontinence in 72 h， the influence degree of daily life， the improvement of liver and kidney deficiency of two groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment and the effect of observation group was better than those of the control group（P）. The treatment compliance of the two groups was high， and no obvious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Tiantai Wuyao decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence has significant effect， and there are no obvious adverse reactions.
