浅析中小型企业销售人员流失率高的原因

【摘要】 :销售人员流失率居高不下会给企业带来巨大的影响,如何留住人才,降低流失率一直是当今人力资源管理的核心内容,本文从中小型企业为介入点,逐步分析中小型企业销售人员的整体状况,透过中小型企业销售人员流失率较高这个普遍存在的现象,以古典理论和亚当.斯密的市场分工理论作为支撑点,并且结合中国的传统文化以及销售人员心理,由此剖析流失率高的原因以及促使员工流动率高的潜在因素。本文在借鉴其他学者观点的基础上,得出中小型企业销售人员流失率高的原因主要有以下几点:经济波动、劳动力市场分工、企业与员工之间的公共关系、中国传统文化下的影响。

[Abstract]:?the high rate of?loss of sales staff?will bring the huge influence to the?enterprise,how to retain talent,?reduce the?loss?rate has been?the core content of?the?human resource management,?this article from the?small and medium-sized enterprises?as a breakthrough point,?the whole?body?gradually?analysis?of small and medium enterprises?the status of?sales staff,?sales staff through?the small and medium-sized enterprise?high loss rate?this?universal phenomenon,?the classical theory and the?market?division theory?of Adam Smith?as the supporting point,?and the combination of?the traditional culture and?China?sales personnelpsychology,?thus?to analyze the potential?factors of?erosion?rate high reason?and?urge theemployee turnover rate is high.?In this paper,?in?the basis of other scholars views,?draws thereason for the high rate of?loss of sales?of small and medium enterprises?mainly in the following points: the?influence between economic?fluctuation,?the labor market?division of labor,?enterprises and employees of?public relations,?China?under traditional culture.
