摘 要
在经济日益增长的今天,酒店业开始蓬勃发展,而酒店员工是酒店企业的灵魂,员工的工作态度、心理情绪、服务理念通过其服务质量影响到顾客对产品的体验与感知,进而影响顾客的满意度。如何稳定员工队伍,增强企业凝聚力,成为酒店人力资源管理中的难题。
本文在分析酒店员工满意度管理必要性的基础上,分析了我国酒店员工满意度及其管理的现状,通过对员工满意度的五大基础理论及影响因素的研究,制定出了酒店员工满意度调查问卷。并对调查结果进行了基础分析和分类分析,找出影响员工工作满意度的相关因素,由此提出了提高员工满意度的方法。本文从进行公平考核,建立科学有效的薪酬制度,促进员工成长,完善酒店人力资源管理系统,建立“以人为本”的企业文化等方面介绍了提高员工满意度的途径。其结论对我国酒店业改进人力资源管理工作、激发员工工作积极性和降低离职率有一定的参考意义。

Abstract
Summary in todays economy growing, the hotel industry began to flourish, but hotel staff of the hotel business is the core of the soul, employee work attitude, mood, affecting the quality of service concept, through its service to the customer experience and perception of the product, thereby affecting customer satisfaction[1]. How to stabilize the workforce, enhanced enterprise cohesion, become the hotel of human resource management challenges. This article analyses necessity of hotel management of employee satisfaction, based on analysis of the situation of our hotel staff satisfaction and its management, through five basic theory and influence factors of employee satisfaction studies, worked out a hotel employee satisfaction surveys. Classification and analysis on the basis of the findings and analyses, identify related factors affecting employee job satisfaction, which proposed a method of increasing employee satisfaction. This article a fair assessment, establish a scientific and effective system of remuneration, promote the development of staff, perfect hotel human resource management system, the establishment of people-oriented enterprise culture, and other ways of ways to improve employee satisfaction. Its conclusions on the improvement of human resources management in the hotel industry in China, stimulating individual initiative and reduce turnover rates have some reference value[2].
