随着时代的进步,社会对电力的要求越来越高,对电力系统的继电保护要求也随之增高。输电线路作为电力系统中最主要的组成部分,它的工作状态对电力系统有着直接的影响。因此,设计出一种性能优越的微机继电保护装置,将其用来完成线路的保护是非常有意义的。
本文简单介绍了微机保护装置的发展史和当前的研究状态,并对其特点进行了汇总。本装置在设计中,对三段式电流保护原理进行了系统分析,对每一段的作用都进行了研究,从而为装置的保护设定值提供参考。在装置的硬件设计方面,基于三段式电流保护的特点和微机装置功能的要求,选用ATMEL公司的AT89S52作为单CPU结构的系统处理器,数据采集方面采用MAXIUM公司的A/D转换器MAX197,以及设计了电压形成回路、人机接口和通讯等模块。在软件设计方面,对几种常见保护算法进行了研究,设计出了微机保护的保护程序流程图。最终,完成了完整的微机三段式电流保护装置的设计。

ABSTRACT
With the progress of the era, the society has more and more requirement of electric power, the requirement of power system relay protection also subsequently heighten .The transmission lines is the main part of electric power system, and its working condition has a direct impact on power system.Therefore, the design of the superior performance of relay protection device is very meaningful to complete the protection of transmission lines.
This article briefly describes the history of microcomputer protection device and the current state of research, and its characteristics has carried on the summary.In the design of the device, the principle of three-stage current protection system are systematically analyzed, the role of each section have been studied in order to provide a reference for the setting of protection device.In terms of the hardware design of the device, based on the characteristics of three-stage current protection and the functional requirement of microcomputer devices , I have choose the AT89S52 of ATMEL Corporation as the system processor of single-CPU structure, and the A/D converter MAX197 of MAXIUM are chosen in data acquisition.AT the same time,I have designed the module of the loop of voltage forming, man-machine interface and communication .In software design,I h
